48 48 Cancellation Policy

We please ask that any changes or cancellations be made within 48 hours of cancelation. We require a $40 deposit to set up an appointment.
“NO-Shows” and last minute cancellations after 48 hours will be charged the full amount of the original service booked.
There is no cash refunds for services booked.
After 20 minutes late it is considered a cancellation
Transformation photos may be used for marketing purposes unless otherwise stated

Gift Certificates and Packages

Gift certificates and Packages have no cash value. No cash or refund will be provided for services not used.
Please inform us when making an appointment that you will be redeeming a gift certificate and provide the certificate number.
Our Gift Certificates and packages are valid for 1 year from issue date. Certificate will not be extended beyond the expiration date. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Gift Certificates and Packages are to be used towards services only and cannot be used to purchase products

Return and Refund Policy

All customers may request a product exchange, credit card refund or refund check for products returned due to allergy, dissatisfaction with product performance, defective product or product damaged in shipment. Requests must be made with 7 business days of purchase. We do not refund or reimburse return shipping costs. Items must be received before the refund or exchange is processed.

All Shipping is a flat rate shipping fee of $7 regardless of weight. Shipping is non- refundable
